Lulu works one-on-one with individuals to create a bespoke nutritional & lifestyle programme: addressing specific health concerns and getting to the root of the problem.
Lulu’s style is evidence based and varies depending on the needs of the client. She initially aims to build a complete picture of your health, and from there a personalised programme is created, complete with realistic & practical dietary, lifestyle recommendations, all tailored specifically to your preferences and lifestyle.
The journey towards building a more positive relationship with your body (and what you put in it) begins with an initial consultation. Lulu will build a picture of your health, closely investigating past medical history and current symptoms, as well as performing dietary and lifestyle analysis. You’ll work together in follow-up consultations to adapt the plan and continue progressing in the journey towards total optimum health.
When necessary, clinical testing can be employed to assess suspected imbalances, intolerances, allergies, hormone profiles, genetics, microbiome analysis and parasites.
